I am trying to transfer an unused Membership to another account, but the support page for Membership Transfer won't send the request. Instead of submitting, it says "Error: Sorry, a problem occurred while submitting your request, please try again later." on the top of the page.

I have already tried:
Clearing the cache from my browser
Using a different browser
Trying any of the other support methods (e.g. refund) where the exact same problem occurs.

Is the problem still occurring?
This problem tends to resolve itself if you try again later (or the following day).
I don't know why, but it does eventually work.

It works now!

But it did not work the first time I tried today, but I realized that I may have been logged out of the page for idling too long, and after restarting the support page it worked.
