You need to message Billing Support to get the Bonds transferred.
Instructions are on the Find my Bond support page under 'Mistake with purchase' .

I bought 10 bonds accidentally for RS3 when i wanted them for OSRS, ive been through the correct channels twice (Mistake with bonds, and i filled out the questions it had) and its been a few days, 10 bonds is alot of money so id appreciate it if something could be done,
