Premier Purchase Failure

Hey guys!

I purchased premier gold on the 16th which was instantly charged to my credit card. I have yet to get premier on my account, nor does it say that I paid for it. Has anyone had a similar issue? Finally found an email for customer support and waiting for a response. Hopefully it gets resolved soon!! Lemme know your thoughts! ^_^

Premier only affects RS3, not OSRS.
Are you looking at the right game?

Did you receive a payment acknowledgement via the message centre?

Hey Archaeox - yes it’s for RS3. I bought it through the lobby, clicked the premier on right side and followed the steps and purchased. I did not receive a message which was very odd. It also shows no premier membership in subscription. I do however have a confirmation email from Jagex and my bank statement ID number - opened a ticket.
