bought prem membership with 20 bonds as required. i received all the benefits except the bank spaces. Under market place benefits it says.."You currently got 1220/1470 bank spaces."

well i didn't receive the 100 spaces from prem because my bank says 1220 bank spaces total. Im not sure why market place has a difference of 250 spaces unless i didn't receive spaces owed from past , but i know i had 1220 total spaces BEFORE I bought the prem membership. I would like to have my spaces please

P.S. my 2nd account received all the benefits correctly. tkx

The absolute maximum available bank spaces is 1470.

A player can achieve this amount if they have ALL of the following list:
Email address registered, 10 bank boosters, Solomon's Free Giveaway +50 (4x), Gold Premier Club 2022 (+100)

If you can see your figure is 1220/1470 it means you have your email address registered, a combination of purchased bank boosters and free giveaway bank boosters and Gold Premier Club 2022 (+100)

The figure inside your bank shows 1220/1220.
This means you are using all available space and have no free spaces.

Head to Solomon's Store and see whether you have any free giveaway bank boosters you can claim or whether the missing 250 spaces are bank boosters that need to be bought.

oh i understand the 1470 now. but....before i bought prem i had 1220 and always had issues with too much stuff to deposit so i know i had 1220 spaces before i bought prem. i was looking forward to having 100 more spaces. i am still short 100 spaces. i guess ill just have to mark it up as a loss =,,(

I am having the same issue as Nomika. Bank shows 1270/1270 (in other wise its full and I can't add anything else. The benefits tab shows I have 1270/1470. Ugh no. Something happened recently and remove my bank space.

Anyone working on this this?

The only way your bank spaces would have dropped is if your account dropped out of Premier Club.
Dropping out of Premier Club removes the 100 Premier Club bank spaces.

Other than that, all your other bank spaces are permanent.

If your account is 200 spaces short of maximum, you should check Solomon's Store to see if you have any Bank Boosters you haven't bought or claimed.
