I received an email from Google Play store saying my subscription membership has been paid but in game it keeps saying I need to pay for membership I have asked in account help in the discord with no answer
How long ago did you make the purchase from Google Play? From what I have seen, it may take up to 24 hours for the payment to process and for the account to update after the purchase has been made through Google Play.

Have you worked through the troubleshooting in the
Mobile payment issues
support page?
The page recommends going to the in-game store to "pick up" your purchase.
Also, do you have any confirmation messages about the purchase? either by email or in your 'Messages' tab on your account?
If there are no confirmation of purchase messages, the purchase may have failed.
