Unable to Purchase Membership

I was trying to purchase 12 months of old school runescape membership. I had it selected, went to cart, and then clicked Continue to Pay . When it tries to load the next piece of content, it's stuck with the loading message: WE'RE GETTING YOUR ORDER READY… . Is this a known issue or is there a way to work around it?

Update:

I was able to link my steam account and purchase the membership through there! Please feel free to closet this thread since my issue is now resolved.
