Unable to add payment methods

I don't seem to be able to add payment methods, and because of this, the only option available for me to purchase the Premier Gold Package is an option I cannot use because my country doesn't have it.

I need to be able to add PayPal or Credit Cards but all it has is some weird option called PaySafeCard, which I have never heard of and am certain I don't have access to where I live.

How can I update my payment options so I can purchase the Gold Premier Package?

It sounds like Jagex have restricted the payment options available to you.
They would only do this if there has been a debt problem with your account.

If you want the payment options opened up again, you will have to contact Billing Support to request this.
Go to the Common Credit Card Issues support page and click on the 'Contact Us' button to navigation to a message form.
