Can't renew subscription

I have been trying to renew my sub, runescape tells me I still have an active subscription through apple but my iCloud account has 0 subscriptions active and I have e-mail confirmation that the subscription expired back in May 15 2019.

I wen't through all the payment support options but nothing seems to work since apple doesn't let me cancel anything so I'm a bit stuck now.

Could it be my bond? It was the only option to get membership without going through the website. But I would prefer to be able to actually link a reoccurring membership.

I have confirmation from apple support that I have no active subscriptions and I have an email where my runescape membership expired in 2018 so no idea how much longer I have to wait?

I might just suck up the extra cost and use bonds if I can't figure it out
