Does anyone know if buying a membership package on steam for RS3, if the membership also works for OSRS? Because I don't want to make a purchase on steam and then not have membership on OSRS.

Buying mermbership in RS3 grants you membership in OSRS as well and vice versa (the same account is used to log in to RS3 and OSRS) but unfortunately I don't know how it would work if you buy it through steam.
My guess would be it would work just fine. Currently playing on 128 accounts, owner of 1000 accounts
Current false bans on accounts: 70+
Current banned accounts: like only 4, very nice with unbans

No clue about Steam but membership covers both RS3 and OS on same account!
