Hi, I'm here to just clarify that I didn't receive my loyal points when I renew my membership for the month of November I'm not sure if this is the correct thread to post this, I just want someone to check it. Thank you.

You probably should read through the Loyalty points information page.

Loyalty points arrive on the same date each month, dated from when you started your most recent membership and regardless of whichever day you renewed membership.
