Subscription not appearing

Hello, I have a question for anyone who is willing to help. About how long a yearly membership bought through Jagex's online interac portal would take to be recognized and applied to my account. The payment was made successfully, I have the receipt and the the money has been withdrawn.
I don't mind having to wait but it's so sad when everyday for a few days I've logged in not knowing if I can get back to playing.

You can check how much membership you currently have by clicking on the 'My Account' button (top of this page) then checking the information on the right hand side of the next page under 'Membership'.
If you just bought a yearly membership, it should show your membership status as "recurring".
If you bought a one-off membership, it should show an expiry date when membership will end.

It will also record the payment for membership in the 'Messages' tab in the 'My Account' section of your account.
If you can't see the message about the payment in there, check any other accounts you own.
Check the email you received about the payment. That email will be addressed to the display name of the account you paid for.

How long does it take to apply a membership to an account?
It can take anything from a minute to five days - it depends what payment method you used.

I think the thing to be most careful about is that you need to check that the membership went on to the right account.
