Hello I tried to purchase some bonds, but I had two different kinds in the cart. Charges were for two 139$ charges so 278$ total that were taken out of my account, but I got error messages and emails saying my charge was not completed. So I got charged for 278$ for bonds. I never received these bonds or even a confirmation that you guys got my payments.

Can I get that many bonds for my osrs mobile account? Or will the funds be credited back into my account?

IF CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT HOW LONG UNTIL DOES IT TAKE FOR THE FUNDS TO BE CREDITED BACK INTO THE ACCOUNT?

If you got the message that the purchase failed then, you WILL get the money returned.

At the moment your bank is holding the money out of your account, waiting for the company you purchased from to claim the payments. They can see you made an online purchase, they cannot see that it failed.
The bank holds the money out for a set period of time, which can be up to three days. When the money is not claimed, they return it to your account and it ends up looking like it never left in the first place.
