Trying to purchase some keys for Treasure Hunter.

Tried Debit Card - declined payment.

Called bank twice, bank has verified, twice, that no problem on their end.

Tried PayPal - declined.

Problem?

(This isn't intended for community, wasn't sure where to post it, just think JaGeX need to look into this, thanks).

The troubleshooting pages for this problem are:

Work through those pages.
There is another explanation - you may have reached your purchase limit. Jagex sets purchase limits on each account based on their purchase history. This is to combat online fraud.
If the problem is a purchase limit problem, all you can do is sit and wait for the limit to be relaxed so you can purchase again.
