Yeah, sorry but the first image was almost impossible to read (too small and blurry).
The second image didn't prove anything as it did not show any account identifier e.g. display name.

Also, the Community Help forums are just that - help from the community.
We can give you advice and point you to the appropriate contact point but we are not JMods in here.

You don't need to submit images directly to Billing Support. They already can see into your account.
