Charged bank account for bonds

Just made a purchase for 10 bonds x2. First payment failed so used paypal for second attempt with success. However, went to banking app and have been charged for both purchases so paid for 20 and got 10/20 and was still charged. Would like the 1st charge removed or the other 10 bonds to be added to account one! Thx, powntangy.

If the first purchase failed, the money will be returned into your account.

Explanation: When you do an online purchase, your bank takes the money out of your account and holds it to wait for the company you purchased from to claim it.
They cannot see that the purchase failed.
After a waiting period (which can be up to three days) and the money has not been claimed, they will return it to your account and it ends up looking like it never left at all.
