I have just cancelled the reoccurring subscription of my membership after noticing a pending payment in my bank statement, I have been on the request a refund page but I get the error text "If the membership or item has already been used we're unable to issue a refund." Can you confirm if my pending payment will now not go through as I have cancelled the membership, and that this error text is in reference to the previous membership which I had bought and played with.
