hi guys, i have been trying to claim the latest release of prime gaming loot the currency pack and 2 umbral chests which was announced in the october 19th update. i have received loot on this account before and yes i am logging into the correct account. it says i have claimed the loot on the prime gaming website and my accounts are linked. i tried claiming/confirming through the runescape website through this link https://www.runescape.com/twitch-prime but as soon as i log in it shows this - https://imgur.com/a/hl3kzvf

yeah i have inventory space have logged in and out, i just talked to diango and he didnt have anything. i am trying to contact jagex support but they respond once a day and today they asked me if i was logging into correct account.... lol.
