i found out that you tried charging me for things i never did. my transactions were all completed for what i bought. why is there a $209 charge on my account?

When you try to log in to the game, what error message do you see?
Please type the error message in to this thread.

I have looked at your images, but I couldn't see the 2nd one as the print was too small to read.

It looks like your account has a debt to Jagex but I would like to read the error message to confirm that.

If the account has a debt, it means it has been used by a hijacker and is insecure.
To review your account security, please work through these instructions: Securing your account

If there is a debt, Jagex will not release the account to play the game until the issue is sorted.
The information page about that is: Settle an Unpaid Balance
Jagex don't expect you to pay out a hijackers debt but you do need to message Billing Support about it.

now for the one not able to see, here is the image closer

it show i have -1400 jcoin but i have no clue on why. but the image is mainly to show i paid for the subscription

OK, that error message confirms that the account has a debt and you do need to message Billing Support to find out what is going on.

The Settle an Unpaid Balance support page is the place to start.
Read it and use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom to get to a message form.

If you did not incur the debt, it must have been incurred by a hijacker. If that was the case, the hijacker used your account to commit online fraud.
You need to get contact with Billing Support.

i'm trying to log in and its telling me to many log in attempts from this address its saying wait 5 minutes and try again I've waiting longer then 5 minutes and it keeps saying same thing. it told me this on the first attempt to log in today

You can only post in this thread if you are replying to the OP about their issue. You can't start your own issue in here.
