We are all players in here, not Jagex Mods.
I doubt a JMod will read your suggestions as this forum is left totally to the Community.

Jagex isn't tracking payments back your personal devices.
There are two main ways to pay (the two payment systems):
* directly through the website
* through a third party e.g. Google Play, Apple Pay
I can't explain why the two systems are not interchangeable, there is probably some very straightforward explanation.

The information is there on the Common Mobile Payment Issues page.
That page was written by Billing Support JMods and it does explain it though, maybe, it could be clearer.
The information is also there in the Community Help - Payments thread.

Why did your forum picture revert? You might have been logged in to a different account.
One thing is certain - it wasn't because your membership was expiring.
The forum picture stays up for several days after a membership expires.

i have never gone on to another account. but if i had my forum pic should have shown my char not a non player pic. second i understand you all are players not mods.. doesnt mean it should not be stated. and i have no idea if the pic stays up for a few days .. i just got back to playing a few weeks ago

i am please you agree that the pages does not clearly show the correct information in the most obvious page some one would go to if they were having troubles

i would also like to point out that yes they are tracking the devices.. even if its thru a 3rd app like google,, they know the purchase was made thru a phone,

to me there should be no difference ,, as far as jax should be concerned its a payment,, to them and for business thats what is important ,,


for the player point of view .. it should never be hard to give a business money and jax should fix that asap.

I believe this issue is due to the way the Apple Store and Google Play Store work.

Apple and Google require Jagex to pay commissions for purchases through their stores. Once you purchase membership on mobile, your account is associated with the store you used.

When your mobile membership expires, this association ends.
