Is there any mod who can help ? It stated subscription payment has been made on 11/10/2020 but i have not receive my membership. My membership end today 12/10/2020

How did you pay?
Directly through the website or through a mobile app?

The mobile app memberships can take up to 24 hours to be applied.

The other thing to check is if you paid for the right account. The email confirmation will be addressed to the display name of the account you paid for.
