My dad called me and surprised me that a purchase was made on Runescape and I checked it and his credit card was linked to my account and I didnt know about it. I thought I made a one-time purchase, had to cancel it BUT now he's saying he wants me to make sure it's unlinked and THERE IS NO WAY OF VIEWING that.... or is there? Can someone tell me where to view what cards are linked to my account? I'm surprised it's so hard to find this on the website.

My dad thinks he has to cancel his credit card now and get a new one. I look like a criminal in my dad's eyes now because I purchased membership incorrectly last time when I used his card. If I remember correctly there must have not been a way of selecting to keep it an on-going payment or make it a one-time purchase because I'm usually good at stuff like that, unless Jagex hides that aspect when you use a credit card... Now I look guilty. How do I make sure there is no card linked to my account?

Hi there
Realm Reaper

When you sign up for membership and use a credit card, the membership is automatically a renewing membership - it says so on the payment page.
If you don't want the membership to renew, you have to go back in later on and cancel it.
Cancelling means you still get what you paid for but it won't renew when it is coming up to the end.
Instructions: Cancel Subscription

Your dad does not need to cancel his card, the payment was not fraudulent, you just forgot to cancel so that it wouldn't renew.

You can apply for a refund of the renewal payment as long as the newly paid for time hasn't started yet. You get three days to apply for a refund after the payment is taken.
To apply for a refund, go here: Refunds
You can also ask Billing Support to unlink your Dad's card.
