So i bought membership on a HCIM and lost the status almost instantly and have been trying to transfer the membership to the replacement account. The refund/transfer form wont allow me to submit it and ive been trying for hours. Now on top of that i went to buy membership for the new account. I logged into my new account, went to the new account settings and went to purchase a membership. Once i completed it the account didnt have membership as it went to the old account that had just died. So not only did the account lose status, the poor purchase system had me give it a second month of membership instead of the newest HCIM. This is a massive pain and a problem as i cant submit a form and there is no other way to get ahold of anyone. I can easily charge back the most recent charge that the Jagex payment system sent to the wrong account, however i use the same card for both my main account and the HCIM account for a tileman series. I need help and Jagex really needs to create a better system for issues like this. If im not allowed to transfer the first month of membership i understand as disappointing as that would be, but i need to get a refund on the second month.
