I purchased a bond and it has not appeared in my pouch. I waited and even tried relogging a few times. And of course there's nothing in the "Support" section on how to fix this.
Any suggestions? it would be nice if Jagex would actually provide real support. Considering the millions they rake in, you'd think they could spare a few bucks for that.
If you bought the Bond through Google Play, it can take up to 24 hours to arrive on your account and/or you may need to go back to your Google Play app to "pick up" your purchase.
If you bought the Bond directly from the website here, it should have been delivered straight away and you should check both game versions (in case you accidentally purchased it for the wrong game version).
Thanks for the response, however none of these suggestions have solved my issue. the bond was purchased directly through the website. and since I do not have an account on RS2 I am pretty certain I did not buy a bond for rs2. Any other suggestions before I just get a refund?
If you purchased directly from the website, the next thing to check is that the purchase actually did succeed.
You should have a record of the purchase in both your email and on the account in the 'Messages' tab in account management.
If there is no record of the purchase, it did not succeed.
If there is a record of the purchase, work through the points on the
Common Credit Card Issues
support page.
