incorrect bond region prices

So today I went onto the OSRS site to go to the bond packages and upon logging in to view them it appears my bond prices are displayed in euros, now my windows region is set to the UK as is my google web settings and as well my Runescape account settings, a friend of mine is also in the UK and he does not have this issue and his is displaying with British sterling prices.

I am concerned because I have witnessed this issue in the past with another game where I was charged in dollars instead and ended up paying more than what my region pricing should have been. is there a way to correct this as I intend to purchase very soon.

Yes I have tried using both chrome and internet explorer and the issue persists, I have recently downloaded the mobile version and will attempt to check if I can correctly purchase bonds through the app store. I'm hoping this is just a temporary glitch and that it will hopefully correct itself in the meantime since all my regions are correct.
