Outstanding account balance Thread is locked

After taking a long hiatus from osrs, I come back to my account that is locked behind a 140 dollar account overdue balance.. I haven't been playing and I didn't think I had a recurring membership. never got any emails that I can recall. I think when my debit card that was attached to the account changed it continued to charge for membership that I wasn't using. Any way to settle this out without dishing out a ridiculous amount?

I have the same issue right now and it's been a week with no resolution from support.

I have a membership that expires in 2 days which I doubt will be reinstated since support seems like they're just going to ignore me. I got it from Twitch Prime rewards.

I hadn't played in a long time and my account got hijacked with unpaid balance I did not incur. the one day of the year I logged in...

Having to post everywhere on the forum to get this resolved, I guess.

Edit: fixed, but membership from twitch prime wasn't reinstated.
