Bond Payment help(Not showing)

Hey, I've just started playing OSRS again and I've recently bought membership & a bond so I have some money in the game to help me start off! My membership has come threw but my bond hasn't, I've checked everywhere and my Inv was full at the time! I banked all my inv and still nothing!

The payment has gone threw and it's been taken out of my bank, and I've got a confirmation email saying I've got the membership and 1 bond! O_o

Here are some pictures to back me up! It's been close to an hour since purchasing! I've tried relogging a few times and jumped into different worlds!

Any help or advice? Sorry if this is the wrong section, I've not played in many of years!

Edit: Seeing as the matter involves a payment you've made that you haven't received the stipulated item. I've slid your thread to the payment support section. Perhaps the guru's here can advise you further.

Thanks! I don't have a clue what happened with the picture, but thanks for fixing and moving to the correct location! I'm a nooby noob! I'm wondering if it's a delay issue and it might show up later on, but then again I'm not sure!

I'm also debating about buying another bond or two, but I don't want the same issue happening! I just want some cash to buy some better gear and get the ball rolling on playing again! Lockdown be dragging over here (Manchester, England)

Thanks once again, hopefully, someone can help me as I've tried everything so far!

I can see from the picture that you didn't buy an Old School Bond, you bought a Runescape Bond.
Your Bond will be in RS3.

You were on the wrong page, the RS3 page instead of the Old School page (see 2nd image).
It doesn't matter with the membership you bought because membership applies across both game versions.
When you are in the Bonds payment page, you can select which version of the page you want to see in the drop down menu at the top left. You have the right page in your 5th image.

To get the Bond transferred, go to the Find my Bonds support page, read it and use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom, following all the instructions on the next pages.
