Thank you for the info, even in the article you linked, it only mentions "Bonds".... so I was hesitant to buy premier club with old school bonds.... also, because only rs3 was affected I thought the discount might not apply to old school.

The discount applies to login lockout affected players who were in 2021 Premier Club and are now purchasing 2022 Premier Club.
If you were not in 2021 Premier Club, there won't be any discount.

yup I am a premier club 2021 member and was affected by the lockout.
