Hello since the 17 august i get the message too many attempt since i did many message to get help and no one can do anything because its a coding bug or whatever id like to get refunded my membership i already canceled the payment also i have many account and id like a refund on every of them

If you want to apply for a refund of unused membership, go to the Refunds support page and follow the instructions.
You will need to do a separate application for each account.
