Out of nowhere I was kicked from the game and was told I had an unpaid balance of large sum of cash that I knew nothing about. About 15 transactions were made between august 10 - 12 and now jagex wants me to pay the balance I didnt make in the first place . This is an ironman account which I pay for membership myself so no need to purchase anything else from jagex besides the membership.

You need to do two things:
1. Review your email and account security as a situation like this means you aren't the only person using your Runescape account.
2. Contact Billing Support to get them to check your account for you.

Go to the Settle an Unpaid Balance support page and read it, particularly the bit at the bottom, "Hijacker caused unpaid balance" .
The contact button is there too.

To review your security, follow the instructions in the Securing your account support page.
