I got an exclusive offer of 75 free keys when buy 75. However after payment, I only got 75 and have not received 75 free keys.
I cannot contact to customer support and cannot request a refund through the support page.

Same thing happened to me

I was able to contact support though but it took a while to find.
I hate that I'm going to miss out on this current key event though.

UPDATE:
After contacting them, they have resolved the situation

Did you click straight into the payment system from the exclusive offer box?
I think you are meant to access the offer directly from the popup box in-game.

When you get into the payment system, it should show the offer e.g. ~~75 keys~~

150 keys

You can actually see the extra 75 and you tick the checkbox next to that line item.

If you don't see a mention of the extra 75 in the line item you tick, it means you haven't got the offer anymore.
