Canceled my membership on both of my accounts last week. Got charged for the one yesterday. Other accounts membership ends the 6th I no longer play RuneScape . When I got to manage my account say I don’t have a subscription on either account so how do we resolve this.
You might have been charged again for one of the following reasons:
* you cancelled too late, just at the end of the subscription and another payment had been taken already
* you have other payments being taken, e.g. Runemetrics Pro
* you cancelled with your bank but not here on the website
Regardless of what happened, you can message Billing Support and claim a refund.

support page, read it and follow the instructions.
