I don't think you guys got any tickets like blizzard or other game companies for issues like this, but I remember last time I was able to get help was posting on these forums. I'm just trying to cancel my membership and I jumped through all your hoops to find the place where you'd normally cancel your subscription but its not showing up. I just want to cancel my membership on this account and don't want to waste money on it for the upcoming payment. Like I don't even play on my main account I did it for to stake on my stream and thats about it, no future plans to really play this account.

So yea, I have been to where Mrs Ana's Link goes to, Under the "If you have access to your account" section where it says log in the manage your agreements. It brings me to a page where I know this is the page where you cancel your agreements to cancel the subscription, but its telling me "You don't have any active agreements" to which I say, yes I do, I have like a good week and a half of membership on this account, that I don't want to renew and want to cancel it. Unless... I've cancelled it already weeks ago and forgot?

if I could get like a tech mod to like confirm, did I actually cancel it weeks ago? if thats the case I was probably tipsy and forgot, just crossed my mind today/yesterday that I got membership on an account that I don't actually play on.

actually nvm no need, someone can like close this thread, I was dumb, turns out I cancelled my sub the same day I purchased it. I just couldn't remember I did that at the time. I saw from the messages after logging into the game to see I had 2 messages.
