Where are my bonds?

I just bought bonds and still havent recieved them. Normally they are there right away. I also accidently hit the change name button. Now it says my old name is taken but i dont think it is. I was hoping to change it back. Its been like 10 minutes since i accidentally changed it.

Name changing back to the previous name has to be done outside the game, in account management.
It can't be reverted back to the previous while in-game.

Re: the Bond purchase
Do you have a confirmation of purchase message?
You should have a message in the 'Messages' tab about the purchase.

If there is no message, it means the purchase was not successful.
Information: Unsuccessful payment
If there is a message confirming the purchase, check the How to locate your Bond support page.
