Hello,

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask for some assistance, but if it doesn't then I apologize. I have signed up for Amazon Prime + Twitch Prime 30 days trial (I may renew for upcoming months) and then claimed the "loot", but I forget to link the Twitch account to my RuneScape account. I figured out how to link Amazon/Twitch Prime account to my account and I have yet received the "loot" even through it is already claimed. I know this is very complex and this is my first time doing so. Any help would be much appreciated and have a great day!

"After you claim the reward in Twitch, you have to activate it via the Runescape website.

- Find the offer in Twitch, on the drop-down list (party hat symbol)

- Click the link in Step 1 ('here') to link your Twitch and RS accounts (even if they're already linked)

- Login if asked to.

- On the Runescape webpage, click 'Confirm' "

Those instructions should work.

Having the same issue but when I do step one I get an error message saying "Oops!
In order to claim your loot you need to sign up for Twitch Prime and click claim on our offer."

I'm definitely a twitch prime member. Worked fine last month. Even tried on my phone.

Edit: I clicked claim on the offer. Has the check mark.

Are you referring to the month 3 reward?
400 RuneCoins, 20 Treasure Hunter Keys and 80 Hearts of Ice
If so, it would be too late now to claim missing month 3 rewards.

If you mean a different reward that hasn't been received, try relinking your account.

hey there,

I claimed the twitch reward on the wrong account that was banned.
Is it possible to still get the reward to the correct account?
I realized it when I try to claim it when the old (banned) account email was linked to the twitch account. i changed the email to the correct account and linked it to it.
but i dont get the reward anymore.

please help.

That FAQ page has three sub headings:
- I've claimed my rewards on the wrong account, can I switch them?
- How do I link and unlink my Prime Gaming account?
- How do I find a missing Prime Gaming reward?

I directed you to follow the instructions under "I've claimed my rewards on the wrong account, can I switch them?" because that was the problem you posted.

I suspect you whipped through the instructions under that sub heading then continued down the page and started following instructions under the next sub heading. :P

The key point in the instructions I pointed you to is "please get in touch with us via the contact us link below."
You then need to scroll to the bottom of the page and use the 'Contact Us' button.

I apologise if my initial post was too brief and not descriptive enough.
It's the contact us button you need as you need to message Billing Support to get assistance.
