Hello, as I understood Twitch Prime loot (membership) is both for RS3 and

OSRS

. As I'm trying to get this membership for OSRS account I can't find a way to activate it even tho it says:
"If you successfully linked your Prime and Runescape accounts, your content will be available the next time you login to Runescape."
Accounts are linked; tried logging in, but it still doesn't give me access to membership. Maybe it's a common thing and you'll help me to sort it out quickly...?

Do you use the same account for both RS3 and OSRS? meaning same login, same display name in-game?

If you do, make sure you have followed carefully these instructions: Prime Gaming FAQ - Linking Accounts

Finally, there is a 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of that page to message Jagex Billing Support about it.
