so i think I got double charged this month on membership fees, I have a email from the 23rd and the 27th both saying they received my payment and updated my account. can someone please point me in the right direction to contact jagex??
Have you checked when your membership is set to expire? If so, you may have found that you've bought 2 separate months of membership. If you do not want the second month, you may be eligible for a
Refund
as it has not yet been used
