Hijacked acount/Unpaid Balance

Friday night I logged and on the log in screen I saw that I had 13 messages in my inbox from Jagex and 13 days of membership. all of the messages said that Jagex had recieved payment from me when I hadn't purcased anything. Even weirder is when I logged in I wasn;t in the edgeville dungeon where I had logged off, I was in the lumbridge bank with 306k in my inventory and all of my gear unequipped. I contacted my friends and family in order to make sure this wasn't an elaborate prank/gift, and after realizing it wasn't I changed my passwords and set up an authenticator. I played a little that night snf everything ran smoothly, I even got to see what being a member was like as I had been f2p prior to this event. I logged off confused about what had happened. When I went to log in Saturday morning I was given a message claiming I had an unpaid balance, so I checked my cart in the store and it claims that I am 189 USD in debt. I already submitted a ticket and have been looking through reddit posts finding people suffering from the same issue. It seems that posts made here in the community tab seem to help players and i was wondering if you could do the same for me. I have been enjoying playing this game with my father, and using it to reconnect with him. I appreciate any help anyone can offer.

Well, there is no doubt that your account has been hijacked though it sounds like the hijacker wasn't expecting you to return so soon and you interrupted their plan to use your account.

You need to review your security so, work through these instructions: Securing your account
Also, make sure you change the password to your email.

It sounds like you have already messaged Billing Support about the debt.
If you started on this page: Settle an Unpaid Balance then you started in the right place.
All you can do now is wait for a reply, which may take some days to arrive (Billing Support have been quite busy lately).
