I bought a total of 110 key's on mobile and didn't receive them so I contacted jagex customer support to lil to no prevail they did confirm they seen the purchase and could see I didn't receive the keys so my problem was not resolved at all my bank statement shows that the money was removed from my bank account and I have receipts and I just wanted key's for this new treasure hunter promotion and by the time this is resolved if I even do get my money back it will be to late and I've been playing since the beginning and slowly jagex has been turning into this money hungry monster and forgetting about it's player base I've definitely cancelled my membership subscription till further notice
