I cached in the amazon prime membership yesterday, and today it says I'm not a member. I've checked multiple times to make sure the right account is linked in the past, and I don't htink I've ever properly received my rewards. Anyone have experience with this? I'd also like to send a ticket to support, but can't find a button to do so. How do you support a ticket to support now?
I cashed it in while it was still month two (would have been... two or three days ago?). Membership never showed up on my account, do I need to redeem it somewhere or something?

The last day to claim the month 2 reward was Monday (15th).
When you created this thread, it was already nearly two days into month 3.
I definitely redeemed it on time -- I turned it in the day before it expired. I get that not everybody that posts here is tech savvy, and that people miss deadlines, but this isn't one of those cases. If I redeemed it, and my accounts are properly linked, why the heck hasn't it gone through?
