I cached in the amazon prime membership yesterday, and today it says I'm not a member. I've checked multiple times to make sure the right account is linked in the past, and I don't htink I've ever properly received my rewards. Anyone have experience with this? I'd also like to send a ticket to support, but can't find a button to do so. How do you support a ticket to support now?

I definitely redeemed it on time -- I turned it in the day before it expired. I get that not everybody that posts here is tech savvy, and that people miss deadlines, but this isn't one of those cases. If I redeemed it, and my accounts are properly linked, why the heck hasn't it gone through?

Hi all.

Find the offer in Twitch, on the drop-down list (party hat symbol).

Click the link in Step 1 ('here') to link your Twitch and RS accounts (even if they're already linked).

Login if asked to.

On the Runescape webpage, click 'Confirm'
Try those instructions.
If the 14 day membership is waiting to be collected this should get it activated.
