I bought the 12 month premier through bonds sometime last year but can't remember when, but i also have my amazon prime set up which sometimes gives me free membership days, my account says my rebill date is 27 feb. im a little confused.
i would like to know when my next billing cycle starts will i be charged for 1 month or for 12 months?
as my account says 1 month membership package & initially i use to pay for 1 month membership via my card, but last year paid for 12 months via bonds.
any help will be highly appreciated as i would like my membership to recur on the 12 month subscription package, would like advice on the best way to do this.
should i cancel my current membership as its is still set to recur but says 1 month package
hope all the above makes sense as im not good with writing sentences the correct way.
