No. Bonds can only be bought in quantities of 1, 3, 5 or 10. No special deals.

Also, accounts have purchase limits.
The purchase limit is set for an account based on its purchase history.
If you hit your account purchase limit, you won't be able to buy more Bonds for at least a week.
