Help! I've been trying to purchase Premier using 20 bonds, but I just keep getting this CONGRATULATIONS We were unable to process your request. It takes my bonds but refunds them to my currency pouch after 30 seconds.
I don't have any extra membership days from other sources, and I'm F2P now.

Try clearing your browser cache then attempt the purchase again.
Instructions:
Clear browser cache
If clearing the browser cache doesn't help, try a different web browser.
Lastly, how did you purchase your most recent (now expired) membership?
If you purchased through a third party provider e.g. Apple, Google etc. you might have to wait until your account is fully updated into F2p status.
Hello, Thank you, I've already tried clearing cache, reinstalling and using a different PC but problem still persist, but I don't understand how do it in a browser since I'm trying to get premier using bond in-game?
All my previous membership are bought using in-game bond and all are 12 months premier too and it's expired now for more than 24 hours.
All bond from GE and yeah same country, same house, same ISP.
Did this glitch happened before? I'm worried the grace period will run out before this can be fixed
Yes, the glitch in the payment system happens from time to time.
You could also submit a Bug Report from inside the game. You are trying to redeem inside the game so a Bug Report about the redemption not processing is quite appropriate.
Yup, submitted a report now, hopefully they'll notice it.
Also considering to get 14 days membership for a the meantime, do you think it will prevent me from buying premier before those 14 days are over?

No, it won't prevent you from purchasing Premier.
However you need to redeem a Bond for 14 days membership and you may have the same problem as you are experiencing redeeming Bonds for Premier.
