Problems with subscription

I bought the member subscription earlier today and while i do have member access now, i wasnt playing for more than 1 month. I went to the website to cancel my subscription but the website says im not a member even though i am. It says im not a member and thus wont give me the option to cancel the subscription. This needs to be fixed because i am not going to keep paying for a service i wont me using.

There is a couple of things to note here:
* It depends what method you used to pay
* It depends how quickly the website updates after you make your payment

If the website has not updated, I recommend waiting until tomorrow and trying again.
