Cant activate OSRS Membership?

Yesterday, i bought OSRS 1-month membership bundle on Steam. The purchase was successful, but i cant seem to redeem it. I tried clicking "play" in the DLC Steam library but no shot. I submitted a ticket to Jagex but they havent gotten back to me.

Because i was impatient, i bought another 1-month membership, but this time straight from the OSRS login page (mobile). I purchased it using Google Play and the payment was successful. But the same thing happened, my money was taken, but when i opened my OSRS account, it says that "you need to be a member to login to member's world".

Im so frustrated, i have no in-game money to buy bond and i have spent 20$ trying to buy membership. I only have 1 account, so its not possible to have it activated on the wrong one. Can anyone help me please?

For the Steam issues, work through the troubleshooting points on the Steam Payment Issues support page.

For the Google Play issues, work through the troubleshooting points on the Common Mobile Payment Issues support page.

How long have you waited since you paid as these payment methods are not 'instant'?
The only way to get instant membership is to pay directly through the Jagex website.

I am also having this issue. I bought membership earlier today, through the runescape website (NOT STEAM), but it will not activate in OSRS. It is the same email as I am logging in with here.
