I don’t play for 3-4 months, but I had a debt of 600 euros! But I didn’t buy anything.

I managed to reduce the dollar to 345 euros .. Help me what to do how to remove unpaid ballance

You need to message Billing Support about this.
They will be able to tell you how much is owing and, if you didn't incur the debt, they will be able to check your account to see if a hijacker has used it.

At the bottom of the Settle an Unpaid Balance page is a 'Contact Us' button.
Use that button to get to the message form.

While you wait for a reply, please review your email and account security.

It will take them some days to reply to you.
How long have you been waiting?

While the usual response is within two days, the current Covid-19 pandemic is affecting operations and response times have become quite a bit slower.

Jagex need you to contact them via the webform as you need to fill out some details about your account to prove your ownership. The webform also has some embedded tools to ID you.
Emails cannot provide this information.

Check the 'Messages' tab inside account management on the affected account.
To get there, click on 'Account' at the top of this page and log in to the affected account.

If there is no message in there, check the registered email of the affected account.

If you cannot find a reply in the 'Messages' tab or in your email, please post back and post the display name of the affected account and I will try to escalate it for you.
