Check the 'Messages' tab in account management as each payment is acknowledged with a message about what you have paid for.
You might be paying for RuneMetrics Pro as well as Premier membership.
To investigate this further, work through the points on the
Unknown charge
support page.
If you need to message Billing Support to get your account checked, use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom.

You need to take the time to check as JMods don't see these threads so, until you message them, they aren't aware that there is an issue.
You need to log into account management and check exactly what type of subscription you have currently.
Maybe your Gold Premier membership has finished and your account has returned to its previous regular membership.
Please follow these instructions to check exactly what membership you have:

Log into account management (My Account at the top of this page)
On the right hand side, under
'Membership'
you can see three buttons. The bottom button should say
'Manage Subscriptions'
Click on
'Manage Subscriptions'
, then
'View by Account'
You will be taken to a screen that shows exactly what subscription type you have under the
'Packages'
heading.
