You need to follow the steps outlined in the Didn't receive my Treasure Hunter Keys Support page which outlines what to do in situations where the Keys have not made it to your account.

Do note that if you did purchase the keys through a third-party site like Steam, Google, Apple etc., that it's possible your items will appear after 24 hours.
