Cant change name-Redeemed Bond

I redeemed an in-game bond. Two of them actually. And it still won't let me change my name. I spent my entire cash-stack and now I'm broke. Playing on FSW if it matters. Why Jagex? Why do you do this?

I bought the bond in game with gp and clicked redeem. It was on this account for this account.

Are you being told the name you select is unavailable?
Have you tried from outside the game? meaning, in account management
What error message do you see?
