I purchased an Old School Runescape bond via the web store on the 14th Aug. Payment was successful, however no bond was added to my account. My bond pouch is still empty. I have contacted support but I'm still waiting for a reply 24 hours later.

I have tried working through the Find My Bond support page before I created this thread. The bond I purchased does not exist.
I have also left a support ticket on the 14th August which is still unanswered.
I had thought it might be because it was still "pending" on my bank account, but it has now cleared. Seven days after making this purchase and I still don't have the bond I have paid for or ANY contact from support.

They are currently experiencing delays with their response times, as mentioned here: Delayed response times . Just try to be a bit more patient and once your ticket reaches the queue, then you will be taken care of.

I purchased two bonds from the runescape store, only one arrived in my bond pouch, i have tried using customer support (what a joke) but there is no option to report a bond not arriving. tried using the option that was given, but it is to transfer a bond for being ordered on the wrong rs acount and i get some stupid automated reply asking for mre details, i give more detail only to get the same stupid automated reply, as saying that i ordered the bond on the correct account and one bond is missing doesnt seem to register. ayone got any suggestions?

Check your bank account. Did both amounts of money get deducted? How long is it since you purchased?
If one purchase failed, it might take several days for the money to be returned to your account.

It is quite possible that Jagex only accepted the purchase of one Bond and refused the other.

Yes I paid for both via PayPal, it shows up on my PayPal and bank pending, not to worry I contacted PayPal, and they refunded the one bond in question.

In future, I think if I want to order one or more bonds, I'll give it a bit more time in between purchases. I would have purchased the 3 bond option, but they're more expensive than buying them separately, only buy 1p each, but it's the principle

It has now been 14 days since I PAID for a bond that was never added to my account. I have still heard nothing from support about this matter. Your customer support is absolutely pathetic! I won't be buying anymore bonds.
Judging from all the forum threads, it's standard practice for Jagex support to ignore their paying clients' missing bond issues and hope that they'll just go away. Take our money and run why don't you?

I have received a reply to the flag I did on your account about the missing Bond.

The JMod reply is this:
They replied to you on 15th August. Check your 'Messages' tab in account management.
You have mistakenly purchased the Bond in RS3 instead of in OSRS and need to follow the instructions on the Find my Bond page under the "Mistake with purchase" sub heading.
They are waiting for you to follow those instructions and message them again. The 'Contact Us' button is at the bottom of the 'Find my Bond' page.
